Welcome to Stelly's After Grad 2012

This site provides information for the graduating class of 2012 and their parents & guardians on the after grad planning and events.  Graduation  Day is June 29th.  Information will be added on an ongoing basis so check back frequently.  For a copy of the latest update, click here.  Our wish for the class of 2012 is for the students to have an amazing celebration in a fun, memorable and substance-free environment.

The after grad event is organized by volunteer parents with input from the students on the grad executive.  We need many volunteers for the evening of the after grad.  Please contact any of the coordinators if you can help.    A coordinator for the  car washes is still needed.  

Thanks again to all who came out to help sort bottles in January.  As of February 7th, we are in 3rd place in the province wide contest.  This contest has the possibility of generating up to $1000 from Encorp to the winning school.  The next sorting date is May 5th.  Perhaps all the grad families can help by collecting every week or two from friends and family members?  Find a business that will allow you to pick up containers from them?  Every bit helps!  Containers can be dropped off at 1947 Stelly's X Road (there are bins at the end of the driveway) ANYTIME.  The more money that we raise, the less we will have to charge for the tickets to the after grad event.  Click here for more info. 

The other big fundraising event is the Stelly's Fashion Show and Silent Auction on  March 8th in the Charlie White Theatre at Mary Winspear.
Next after grad meeting - Tuesday, March 6, in the library at 7 pm.  All parents & guardians are welcome to attend.
