Stelly's After Grad 2012

Graduation  Day is June 29th.   Our wish for the class of 2012 is for the students to have an amazing celebration in a fun, memorable and substance-free environment.

We had a very successful Fashion Show and Silent Auction, please check out "Our Thanks" page listing the vendors, businesses and individuals that contributed.  We also thank the students who participated in all aspects of the show, the committee members who planned and secured the clothing and silent auction items, and all the volunteers who worked behind the scenes and helped at the silent auction tables.  

By now each student should have completed (and parents/guardians sign off) and handed in the forms contained in the graduation package.   This package contains a number of  permission/consent forms to be signed by student and parent, time lines, agenda for Graduation Day and how to purchase tickets for Recognition Ceremony.  The forms can be found on the Stelly's Grad link,  http://stellys.sd63.bc.ca/file.php/94/Grade_2012/Grad_2012_package_for_Webstie.pdf .    Under the Calendar at a Glance tab click on Graduation Day agenda and it will have the details of June 29th.

 The after grad event is organized by volunteer parents with input from the students on the grad executive.  We need parent  volunteers for the after grad night,  i.e. casino dealers, room attendants, check-in and more.....Friday, June 29th 11 p.m. - Saturday, June 30th 5 a.m.  If you can help in anyway, it is not required for you to stay the whole time, but if you can spare 2 or 3 hours sometime during the night please e-mail Margaret Matthews and Theresa Hait, the 2012 After Grad co-chairs.

Next after grad meeting - Tuesday, June 5, in the library at 7 pm.  All parents & guardians are welcome to attend.  There may be a few quick meetings after June 5 depending on what is still required.
